Prices
Monthly JPY 280 including tax, billed every month. Yearly JPY 2,400 including tax, billed every year. Currency is Japanese yen.
Eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day free period. The App Store and Google Play each determine trial eligibility and show it on the purchase screen.
Prices are the same on the App Store and Google Play.
Additional AI points (App Store only): 100 points for JPY 200 including tax. They can be purchased while you have Plus or a free trial. Purchased points do not expire and remain usable after Plus ends.
Payment, service start, and renewal
When purchased on the App Store, payment is charged to the Apple Account through the App Store. When purchased on Google Play, payment is charged through Google Play to your Google Account, using the payment method registered in Google Play.
Payment timing: you are charged when you confirm the purchase. If a free trial applies, the first charge is made when the trial ends. After that, unless you cancel, you are charged on each renewal date, every month for the monthly plan and every year for the yearly plan. On the App Store, the charge may be made up to 24 hours before the renewal date.
Service start: Plus is available as soon as the purchase is complete. Purchased points are also added as soon as the purchase is complete.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Network charges are the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel from Apple subscription management when purchased on the App Store, or from Subscriptions in Google Play when purchased on Google Play. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. After cancellation, Plus remains available until the current period ends.
Refunds follow Apple's refund request process when purchased on the App Store, and Google Play's refund request process when purchased on Google Play.
Purchased points are consumed as you use them, so there is nothing to cancel. Refunds follow Apple's refund request process; when a refund is issued, the points remaining from that purchase are deducted.
Availability and related documents
Plus is sold on the App Store in Japan and Google Play in Japan. Plus can be used only on the OS of the store where it was purchased: Plus purchased on the App Store works only on iOS, and Plus purchased on Google Play works only on Android. Additional AI points are sold only on the App Store.
